What are your thoughts on the recruitment sector attracting Generation Y and how can Qui Recruitment help?
We are very excited about placing the next generation of recruitment consultants. We are doing what we can to assist any credible, intelligent professionals who have a good standard of education, ideally up to A levels, combined with some very relevant work experience into our partnered client base. Those who have always been naturally competitive whether that be through sport or hobbies if their work history is limited. Our advice is conduct your research, speak to relevant people in your network, know YOUR strengths. Pick up the phone and be discerning when it comes to making a decision. Oh- and don't give up!!
You have been in R2R for almost a decade. What makes it a unique sector?
Clearly by recruiting recruiters, it has always been about differentiating our service as otherwise why would a recruiter need to use a R2R or likewise a client pay for a recruiter? R2R is unique as we effectively get a privileged overview of the entire recruitment marketplace; we are not reliant on one particular sector or market. R2R is very candidate driven and once again, if you have an exclusive successful recruiter, companies want to hire them.
