Recruitment Team Assistant – Professional services recruitment specialist – Altrincham

Team Assistant is required to help support the team within a varied role and assist with the continuous growth of the boutique recruitment specialist – Altrincham 

This is a varied hands on role for someone wanted to step away from just focusing on recruiting/resourcing. 

Your role will involve:

– Maintaining the database – calling candidates to insure up-to-date and correct data, 

-Resourcing talent for Consultants in the team – utilising job boards, talent mapping the market, generating leads.

-Managing social media accounts: including composing weekly posts for consultants in the team, content marketing, developing the businesses brand further. 

– Creating adverts for Consultants in the team and mailshots.  

– providing ad-hoc assistant to the Director when required.

*** You will need to have experience of working within a busy recruitment environment ***

This will suit a working parent with flexible hours! 
Salary will depend upon your experience!
