Team Manager – SCPL Recruitment Business – central Manchester

You’ll be joining a well established and highly respected recruitment specialist, this company have enjoyed success in growth terms, revenue and profit and accolades from within the recruitment sector from a candidate experience perspective. They’re a market leader in broad markets of supply chain, procurement and logistics, all white collar, which in turn then focus on various areas of industry. Their average fees are around £8k!

What sets them apart from many in the industry is that they have their own in-house tech team, that includes their own developer! 5 individuals currently sit in their marketing team too! 

As they go through their next stage of growth, their concession plan is to take on a Manager/Team Leader- and this is where you come in .

The culture is very dynamic, fun and high energy, all open plan and really buzzy, with really nice offices in the hub of trendy Manchester 

This will suit a Managing Consultant who is either currently within a smaller company and not being having any of the above, or either within a big corporate with no where else to go.

You’ll have at least 2 years experience as a high achieving 360 recruiter, ideally you’ll have experience of recruiting within a similar sector including retail, logistics, transport, engineering, manufacturing, automotive.

You’ll get a salary DOE, plus a top class commission scheme, along with additional incentives such as free onsite gym, heath plan, laptop, European trips, and a greater work life balance with working hours of 8.30-5.30!
