This is described more as a ‘270’ role position – the client relationship has already been won, so no new business, and you’ll be required to manage the full recruitment process from there.

You can be from any sector but must have a keen interest in Tech & Digital!
Do you experience ‘bottom drawing’ in your current role and find that your colleagues tend to not want to share clients/candidates? You’ll be amongst a truly collaborative tight team, whereby if a candidate/client is more suited to your market/role then they are given.. no question about it!
You’ll be getting out and about meeting candidates & clients and being involved with regular events and meet ups. This is not suited to key board warriors, you’ll need to have a big personality. You can be from any sector but must have an interest in IT, tech, or design.
You’ll join an award winning, organically grown business that established nearly 20 years ago that specialises in digital and software, that has niche specialities. You’ll be the go to person in your vertical. The business is a part of a larger group, so you’ll enjoy the benefits of being within an entrepreneurial environment plus the backing of a big group.
There are offices internationally in New York, plus there’s plans in place for offices in Europe!
It’s a very mature environment with a relaxed dress code, so no need to be suited and booted every day – any tools and arrogant behaviour won’t suit this office.
