As part of a £70 mill+ independent recruitment business, the IT division which was newly formed a handful of years ago is going from strength to strength across 4 locations across the UK.
With an emphasis on entrepreneuralism and expressing your own ideas, the culture of the company generally is very down to earth. Weekly, this company invoices over 1500 clients a week so there is a huge opportunity for the IT division to leverage these existing relationships.
The role is for a Billing Manager to come into the Warrington office *which is relocating to Manchester central in late 2017* to lead and inspire the existing consultants in the business.
They operate across all aspects of the IT world- technical and sales, with no particular vertical focus now. There is also a UK wide remit for you build these relationships. The longer term idea is for this role to progress into a hybrid Business Development role, feeding the vacancies into your team and letting them deliver.
A strong leader is needed- someone who nurtures and cares for their staff. The Director will consider an individual who is looking to make the move into this role from a managing consultant role as support will be given to elevate your management expertise.
You must already be operating in the IT recruitment market- ANY part of IT and preferably PERM. An appetite to come to a company that not only invites your ideas to the table but actively encourages this approach.
basic will be paid dependent upon experience- realistically £40k-50k plus car (BMW or Audi) or allowance equivalent, plus commission on your own billings.
