Fed up of the candidate management and want to focus on where your strengths lie in business development?

Is getting out and winning business your thing?

This is a pure business role that is UK wide and all client facing – there is a delivery function and account managers to support the clients that you win.

You’ll be selling RPO, managed services, assessment & career development for your clients, so you’ll be selling talent solutions not just one thing!

Your clients will be within energy infrastructure, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics.

You’ll join an independent search firm that has their own in-house delegation team to talent map the market, to ensure control – as oppose to outsources like the typical search firm does. In true spirit of girl power- the board of directors are all women!

There is now a monthly commission scheme which is very rare in the search world!

This would suit a Senior Recruiter who has sold talent solutions for retained assignments, RPO or managed services! You’ll have HIGH energy, excellent at building new relationships and very ambitious!

You can earn between £35-55k plus OTE £100k + car allowance.
