A Key Account Manager is required for a unique recruitment specialist operating with a RPO model – outsourcing solutions to IT organisations across the UK, both within pubic and private sector.
Building and developing longstanding relationships is key, and you’ll often be out of the office and onsite with your clients, to fully be immersed in the process. You’ll be selling talent solutions to some of the well-known organisations.
Getting out and winning new clients will be one of your main responsibilities – so you wont be afraid to get stuck in and be the person who gets the all important key relationships with the top companies.
This is not a high KPI environment, it’s all about the results and the quality of the on-going care to your clients.
Everyone in the business knows the IT industry like the back of their hands, so you’ll need to have experience within the IT industry and ideally in selling talent solutions – to really know the best ways to add value to your clients that you’ll be going on a journey with.
If you feel as though you’ve hit a brick wall in terms of your progression… well this won’t be the case here as there is testimony of current employees reaching Manager positions within 2 years.
When your not out on site with clients you’ll be based in their brand-new offices based bang in the centre of Manchester, and you’ll be surrounded by credible, mature, and ethical people who truly love what they do and for their clients.
You can earn a salary of up to £35k DOE, with great incentives to follow – BUPA, pension (5%), life insurance and team bonding days.
