You’ll get the opportunity to be within a division that bills BIG with most in the practice billing in excess of £350k p/a, so this means you can be earning a great load of commission. You’ll be placing permanent candidates in salary brackets between £60-300k with 40% of their work in retained assignments.
You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk, but also still receive all the support when you need it. So, there’s no micromanagement, and you’ll be within a very much grown up environment.
You’ll join a property specialist, established 20 years ago, so there are relationships that has been built up over the years across house-builders, affordable housing, and private practice across the UK and internationally.
You’ll be mature and experienced in recruitment that has either worked within property or have an affinity to it. You’ll have the ability to engage in a consultative manner with senior candidates and clients!
You’ll earn a basic of between £30-45k plus an excellent commission plan and benefits.
