You’ll already have experience of being within an L&D role within a recruitment business, and you’ll join this business as a Talent Performance Manager.
This is a pivotal ops role working alongside the MD and senior Managers. You’ll be heavily involved and will be head of reviewing and championing the on-going training and development and with the on-boarding of the new staff and retention of the star consultants. This will also involve reviewing and identifying the capability of the current L&D the systems and processes, to assist with the businesses continued growth within the market.
You’ll join a professional services specialist based in their city centre Manchester offices, that recruits for niche markets both in the UK and internationally.
They’ve grown organically and it’s a professional yet FUN environment to be within and they are renowned for it’s staff’s retention – and you’ll help play a big part in it.
You’ll earn a salary of £40-50k basic, plus bonus and incentives.
